stress in on 两个介词一块用是哪些原因?

我看到一句话它同时用in on两个介词 "....Because the stress in on the /ei/ not the /n/"   这是为何? 并没查到stress in on如此一个固定词组,是笔误吗?

若是动词，出现：V + adv. + prep.，中间这个副词小品词，后面那个是介词接宾语。比如：
Happy memories crowded in on me as I looked at the photographs. 
当我看到这类照片的时候，幸福的往事涌上我的心头。

若是名词后面，两个介词就是不对的了。网友这个句子，应该是笔误（是 is 不是 in），改为：
Because the stress is on the /ei/ not the /n/" .
